Resolved - We are pleased to confirm that full email functionality has been restored for ManageBac and OpenApply. All notifications are now being delivered normally.

Please note that as our email queue clears, you may experience some short delays in receiving notifications over the next few hours. No emails have been lost, and everything will be delivered, it may simply take a little longer than usual as the backlog is processed.

We recognise that the disruption to email notifications will have caused inconvenience, and we are grateful for the patience and understanding shown by our schools throughout. Keeping your community informed and your data secure will always be our first priority.

Update - We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

Update - On June 8, we automatically detected an anomaly in an isolated service used for sending emails. As a precautionary measure, our regular email services have been temporarily suspended.
We have confirmed that customer accounts have not been affected in any other way. Our number one priority right now is safely restoring full email access, and we have reallocated our resources to achieve this as quickly as possible.

While your data and accounts remain secure, we ask for your patience as we rebuild and re-establish our email notification services for ManageBac and OpenApply.

We believe that protecting the community requires both clarity and courage. For us, that means keeping you informed when an issue occurs and taking immediate action to fix it. We will continue to closely monitor the situation, and keep our schools informed with relevant updates.
